How to claim my warranty?
To claim or make use of your warranty, simply email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and problem. Our customer support team will issue you with an RMA and input your details into our RMA system. You will be given the choice of two return methods: Collection by Courier or You arrange the return delivery and receive a refund for the costs Returns will be processed within 5 days of arrival at our location. We will receive your device, fix it
Installing non-official OS & Unlocking Boot-loaders
We take a fairly simple approach to non-official operating systems installed on phone and that effect on warranty, that is as follows: If a non-official operating system is installed on a phone or the phones boot-loader unlocked, all problems and breakages caused by that change will NOT be covered by our warranty. However, any other problems that occur such as, but not limited to, battery malfunctions or screen problems not caused by the new OS/boot-loader unlock will continue to be
